1. Data controller

MGM Tech, with business address in São Paulo, Brazil, is the controller of personal data collected through this site (mgmtech.info).

2. Legal bases

We process personal data under the legal bases set out in art. 7 of the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018) — consent, contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligation — and, when the data subject is in the European Union, under art. 6 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

3. Data we collect

Contact form: name, email, company and the message you send. Purpose: respond to your request and qualify business opportunities.

Analytics cookies (optional, only after consent): anonymous Google Analytics 4 (GA4) identifier, pages visited, device type and country. IP is truncated by GA4.

Technical logs: minimal logs from the contact Lambda (timestamp, HTTP status) kept for security and audit.

4. Processors and sharing

AWS (Amazon Web Services) — site hosting and contact-form function. Regions us-west-1 (workload) and us-east-1 (certificate).

Amazon SES — delivers the contact-form email to sales@mgmtech.info.

Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, only if you consent to the 'Analytics' category.

Vercel (Next.js fonts) — Inter and JetBrains Mono delivered via next/font; served from our domain when possible.

5. International transfers

The processors above may handle data outside Brazil and the EU. Where they do, we require appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent ANPD rules).

6. Retention

Contact-form messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer legal hold applies.

Analytics cookies: up to 14 months (GA4 default).

Consent record: up to 6 months after your last update (browser localStorage + matching cookie).

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) you can request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, withdrawal of consent and information about sharing.

Under the GDPR (arts. 15–22) you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and not to be subject to solely automated decisions.

8. Supervisory authorities

You can lodge a complaint with the ANPD (anpd.gov.br) in Brazil or with the data protection authority of your country of residence in the EU.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be re-prompted in the consent banner.
